- All orders require artwork proof approval before engraving takes place.
- Standard service on cases and other items ordered from us is 5 business days following artwork approval.
- Standard service for personal devices sent to us is 2 business days following receipt of item and artwork approval and is subject to shop workload.
- Rush service is available for $50 per order by adding this item to your cart and is subject to item availability.
- Turnaround time for Rush service on in stock items is same or next day, for items we must order (almost any time a large order is placed) we will do our best to expedite the process.
- Rush orders must be placed by midnight EST to ship the business next day.
- Artwork for rush orders must be approved by 1pm EST the following day to ship that business day.
- Standard shipping times apply.
If you are ordering more than one of an item we strongly recommend having a sample done first. There is no extra charge for 'one-off' orders.
We offer quantity discounts on engraving of most products. For quantities larger than 25, contact us for additional discounts.
